In accordance with the eBay and Paypal Legal User Agreements, the following Terms & Conditions govern all eBay transactions conducted with MancaveToysNGames.
Serious buyers ONLY. Failure to completely adhere to 100% of the seller’s Terms & Conditions will result in Delayed Shipment and/or Transaction Cancellation.

PAYMENT

For ‘Buy It Now’ items, payment is required immediately.
For Auction items, payment is required to be submitted within 24hrs. of the Auction End Time.
We do not accept alternate forms of payment (Local Pickup, Cash, Check, eCheck, M.O., etc.)
Orders are subject to Sales Tax according to local and state regulations, based on the total Purchase Price, including S&H.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: This package can ONLY be delivered to the Shipping Address provided by the buyer during the checkout process. The Shipping Address CANNOT be changed once payment has been submitted. Please ensure that the Shipping Address is correct BEFORE submitting payment. If the buyer requests an item to be shipped to a destination other than the Shipping Address provided within the Transaction Details of the Order Receipt, then the original transaction will be cancelled, and a Refund will be issued. This will allow the buyer to re-submit payment using the Correct Shipping Address. No Exceptions.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Please note that Delivery Dates provided by eBay & the Shipping Carrier for Standard, Expedited & Overnight Shipping are only ESTIMATES, and are subject to variability. Once an item is dropped off with the Shipping Carrier, we are unable to control the speed of delivery, thus we cannot guarantee that a package will arrive on or before a specific date. Shipping estimates are best estimated using the guidelines provided below, as they are generated based on analysis of our extensive selling history.
For specific packaging & handling requests (i.e. Exterior Package Condition, Gifts, Collector’s Items, etc.), please be sure to Contact Us via eBay Messages prior to checkout to confirm proper accommodations are covered under the Shipping Method (Standard, Expedited, Overnight) selected by the buyer.
For Communication & Shipping Purposes, Business Days are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (ET), Closed on Weekends & Holidays.
After checkout is complete, we will process the order, securely package the item(s), and drop off the package(s) with the Shipping Carrier during the next Business Day. Orders placed Fri.-Sun. are scheduled to be dropped off with the Shipping Carrier on Monday. Some packages will require up to (3) days for Handling Time.
Upon shipment, tracking information will be uploaded to the Order Receipt and eBay Transaction Details, and a Confirmation of Shipment e-mail will be automatically generated and sent to the buyer. Please be sure to check your Spam Inbox for incorrectly filed messages.
Delivery Times will vary depending on the Shipping Carrier (Fedex, UPS, USPS), Shipping Service (Standard, Expedited, Overnight), and Shipping Destination.
Once a shipment is processed by the Shipping Carrier, Transit Times are estimated as follows: Standard Shipping, 4-10 Business Days; Expedited Shipping, 2-3 Business Days; Overnight Shipping, 1-2 Business Days. Please be sure to read our ‘Reminder’ regarding Shipping Estimates.
This item can be shipped to the U.S. Lower 48 with the Free Shipping Option. P.O. Boxes, AK, AS, FSM, GU, HI, MP, PR, PW, VI, & APO/FPO must select USPS as the Shipping Option.
International Shipping is handled by the eBay Global Shipping Program for eligible countries. Estimates for Shipping & Import Charges can be obtained by selecting your respective country within the eBay listing under the ‘Shipping and Payments’ tab.
We prefer to ship to customers with a Confirmed Shipping Address, however this item can also be shipped to alternate Shipping Destinations (Work Address, Gift Address, Client Address, etc.)
A Signature is Required upon delivery for all packages greater than or equal to $750.00.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please be sure to inspect your items immediately upon receipt, and contact us immediately if there is a problem with the order.
Most items qualify for a Manufacturer’s Warranty. If the item is defective, then we will direct you to the Manufacturer to have a replacement promptly delivered.
If the item is unopened, or does not meet the details, as described within the Item Description, then Returns are available within 30 calendar days from the date the item is purchased.
For all returns, there must be Online Documentation, including Delivery Confirmation for packages less than $250.00 -or- Signature Confirmation for packages greater than or equal to $250.00, which indicates the item was shipped back to the Seller within the Return Window.
Please ensure all original contents (Items, Accessories, Packaging, Instructions, etc.) are returned to the seller within the specified Return Window in New/Original Condition and Factory Sealed.
For all shipments delivered to the buyer using the ‘Free Shipping’ Option, a 20% Restocking Fee will be charged for ALL Returns.
