CNC CAT-People Counter
The People Counter is a device designed and manufactured in order to limit the number of people indoors, due to the virus.
The basic version of this device undertakes to control the number of people in an area, discreetly and without the intervention need of an employee.
For its operation, the People Counter must be placed at the entrance-exit of the area which needs to be controlled and then the permissible limit of people in this space must be defined.
The device, automatically controls, with the help of sensors, the number of people entering and leaving the entrance-exit of the room.
On the screen of the device, constantly, displays the allowable number of people who can enter at this time, which increases or decreases accordingly when a person enters or leaves, respectively.
When, according to the limiti, no extra person must enter the area, the screen indicates “STOP” until someone leaves the area.
In case the fact that an additional person enters the room, the People Counter beeps for a few seconds a sound similar to the anti-theft alarms of department stores, in order to notify the incoming person that something is happening and must leave the area and wait on line.
